Description
Since some weeks, i’m working about a new canvas based on the Victory of Samothrace.
How you know, Samothrace is a classical theme in art and i wanted to try something about it.
This statue is incomplete, so I tried to imagine the missing parts.
There my sketch on a canvas (54x73cm) before the oil. If i fail my oil, i’ll have this picture.
About the background, propably that i'll do something very graphic and minimal.
